parte de la unidad, adem\u00e1s de lo habitual: logo del fabricante, modelo, capacidad\u2026 y en la zona trasera m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n y las distintas homologaciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div formato M.2 (2280) con unas dimensiones de 80.15 x 22.15 x 2.38 (mm) y 9 gramos de peso. Esta gama solo contempla 4 capacidades: 250 GB \u2013 500 GB , 1 TB y 2 TB.<\/p>\n<p>Como os pod\u00e9is imaginar una unidad de este tipo genera una gran cantidad de calor y para su refrigeraci\u00f3n cuenta con un encapsulado con recubrimiento de n\u00edquel. En la zona superior encontramos una pegatina &#8211; no debeis de retirarla si no quereis perder la garant\u00eda de la unidad &#8211; con informaci\u00f3n variada, como el modelo, capacidad, n\u00famero de serie, voltaje&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-68102\" tambi\u00e9n encontramos otra etiqueta &#8211; que tampoco deberemos de retirar &#8211; con las homologaciones de la unidad, y que en este caso es un disipador de calor realizado en cobre.<\/p>\n<p>Siempre se recomienda al montar la unidad en la placa base que cuente con un disipador pasivo para contribuir a la disipaci\u00f3n del calor generada por la conexi\u00f3n es PCIe 4.0 con el protocolo NVMe versi\u00f3n 1.3, que como principal caracter\u00edstica presenta el manejo de colas de 128 bits vs 32 bits de PCIe.<\/p>\n<p>La controladora , una Samsung Epis, gestiona los chips de memoria Samsung V-NAND 3-bit MLC con una memoria cach\u00e9 1 GB Low Power DDR4 SDRAM, con soporte para TRIM y S.M.A.R.T y encriptaci\u00f3n AES 256-bit, con un consumo medio de 6.2W y m\u00e1ximo de 8.9W, y que es capaz de ofrecer ahora una velocidad que llega hasta los 7000 MB\/s en lectura secuencial y hasta 5000 MB\/s en escritura secuencial, mientras que es tambi\u00e9n capaz de alcanzar hasta 1M de iOPS.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a durabilidad, Samsung anuncia 1.5M de horas MTBF en un entorno entre 0\/70\u00baC y una resistencia de 1500G durante informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En el apartado Drive Information nos informa sobre el estado de la unidad y su temperatura, adem\u00e1s de poder realizar un peque\u00f1o test de rendimiento a todas las
