Es una unidad resistente, pues resiste un impacto de 1500G\/0.5ms.<\/p>\n<p>La unidad carece de ning\u00fan tipo de disipador que refrigere los chips de memoria y en su lugar encontramos una pegatina &#8211; que no deberemos retirar si no queremos perder la garant\u00eda &#8211; donde encontramos m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre la unidad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" un poco en las caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas de los chips de memoria principalmente: el controlador de memoria es el SM2263XT NVMe , con unos chips de memoria Intel NAND 3D TLC de 64 capas, y para asegurar la integridad de la memoria utiliza tecnolog\u00edas como end-to-end data protection, RAID engine, y Low-Density Parity-Check (LDPC) ECC, no utilizando memoria cach\u00e9 propiamente dicha, si no que funciona a trav\u00e9s de HBM &#8211; Host Memory Buffer &#8211; utilizando parte de la memoria RAM del sistema como cach\u00e9 de datos para la FTL &#8211; Flash Translation Layer 1600 MB\/s.
