Esta unidad es la primera del mercado con chips de memoria de 96 capas\u00a0\u00a03D TLC BiCS FLASH. Es el sustituto de la anterior gama XG5 . Este aumento de capas, pasando de las habituales 64 capas a las 96 de esta unidad trae consigo un consumo de tan s\u00f3lo 4.7W en escritura y 4.5W en lectura , que se traducen en\u00a0\u00a0rendimientos de 3,180MB\/s en lectura secuencial y 2960 MB\/s en escritura secuencial, con lecturas y escrituras aleatorias de 355,000 IOPS y 365,000 IOPS,
