Problema para abrir carpetas

Hola!
Hace apenas un par de semanas me compre un portatil ADVENT 5431ES, con Windows Vista, los primeros dias no tenia ningun problema, pero unos dias despues dejaron de funcionarme algunas funciones, por ejemplo, cuando intento abrir en alguna carpeta no se abre, hace un intento de abrirla, pero nada.. y no da ningun error, por ejemplo cuando intento entrar en "Centro de redes y recursos compartidos", "Sistema", cuando intento actualizar el sistema, " Informacion y herramientas de rendimiento" etc... y muchas mas...

Como puedo solucionarlo?
Que me aconsejais?

He hecho lo que me dijiste, pero sigue sin funcionar.. :S:eek:oh:
estoy algo desesperada.. :( ya que no quiero tener que formatear y instalar otro sistema operativo...
 
Hola iireene, pero ¿no te ha encontrado nada esos 2 programas que te señala mi compañera? Salu2
 
Prueba entonces a restaurar el sistema a un punto en el que te funcionara correctamente, ya que puede ser una actualización , aplicación, etc... que este causando problemas. Nos cuentas. Saludos

pero una pregunta antes de restaurar.. si restauro tb se me borran los archivos.. por ejemplo, canciones, imagenes, etc.. ?
 
No necesariamente, únicamente aplicaciones y/o actualizaciones de windows update que hubieras instalado posteriormente a esa fecha de restauración. Saludos
 
No tengas miedo a restaurar sistema. Haz lo que te dice mi compañera. Salu2
